Our mission is to develop, organize, and sponsor educational, charitable, and social activities. We strive to foster, protect, and preserve the ideals of charity, benevolence, and camaraderie in keeping with the ideals of the United States Armed Forces, and to collect and disseminate information of interest and value to our members. The Travis Spouses’ Club is not part of the Department of Defense or any of its components and has no governmental status.

Executive Board 2023-2024

Donald Lech, President

I have been an Air Force Spouse for 23 years and was medically retired from the US Navy.  I also serve as a Key Spouse for one of the Medical Groups Squadron.

Kris Salmi, Honorary President

Kris, spouse of the 60 AMW Commander, serves as the Travis Spouses’ Club Honorary President. Her favorite part of the TSC is how the club supports the Travis Community and helps connect spouses across the installation.

Haley Augustson, Secretary

Hi y’all! My husband (a C-5 maintainer) and I moved here from Delaware summer 2022. Since then, the TSC has given me opportunities to meet some wonderful people, find my footing in California, and do some really fun things. I’m involved in many of our mini-clubs & delighted to serve as TSC Secretary.

Victoria Aquin, Treasurer

Victoria is a retired educator who holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration and two undergraduate degrees, one in Business and another in Education. She has been on Spouse Club Boards since becoming a military spouse and loves the community and togetherness that TSC provides. One of Victoria’s constant philosophies is that the word “challenge” can be interchanged with “opportunity”.

Travis Community Thrift Shop Management

Avon Sison, TCTS Manager

California has been home for my family and I for the last 12 years. My background is actually in the medical field. I started volunteering at the thrift shop while also working full time for UC Davis; I was pregnant then with my youngest and he is now 2 years old. If I told you that I saw my future self running a thrift store on base, I would be lying. Life definitely lead me in a different direction and I am excited to be a part of this exciting adventure with the TCTS.
