REQUIREMENTS (Please verify the following all apply to your request)

• Funds must be paid to an organization and can not be made payable to an individual.
• The organization must be a locally, regionally, or nationally affiliated organization with the military, veterans, retirees, or the Travis Air Force base surrounding civilian community.
• You must represent the organization as a director, officer, or authorized representative for the purpose of this request.

Your request may take 30 to 45 days to review by our Charitable Committee, if your request is accepted and approved we will notify the listed contact.
