ADMINISTRATION

Positions required for business operations. Positions are appointed and part of the Governing Board.

Thrift Shop Bookkeeper (Disburses Thrift Shop funds)
Controller (Disburses Charitable/General funds)


Below are the Committees of the Travis Spouses Club, seats on the Committees are appointed by the Chair or Co-Chair. Committees should have at least the minimum number of members to ensure adequate oversight and operation. Committees may be run by a Chair and/or Co-Chair at the direction of the Executive Board.

CHARITABLE COMMITTEE (min 5 members)

Administers the charitable donations, grants, and requests of the club. President receives requests, makes recommendation, and only votes in the event of a tie.
CO-CHAIR: Honorary Vice President / President

THRIFT SHOP COMMITTEE (min 5 members)

Administers the plans and goals of the Thrift Shop. Oversees the Volunteers and Contractors. Approves large dollar spending.
CHAIR: President

SCHOLARSHIP SELECTION COMMITTEE (min 3 members)

Judges the masked scholarship packages. Chair masks packages and does not participate in judging. Plans the awarding of the scholarships.
CHAIR: Scholarships Coordinator

NOMINATION COMMITTEE (min 3 members)

Administers the elections and voting of the club.
CO-CHAIR: Honorary President / Parliamentarian

PARLIAMENTARIAN COMMITTEE

Called every two years to review the Constitution and Bylaws and submit any needed amendments or change in the purpose of Travis Spouses Club to the Governing Board for review.

ETHICS COMMITTEE

Called when there is a report of violation of common ethics or Code of Conduct.
